    Pfizer’s Graduate Future Leadership Programme Is aimed at finding key talent within the UK graduate network, who aspire to be future Pharmaceutical industry leaders in both marketing and sales.     The scheme gives graduates the opportunity to experience working in Pfizer’s commercial business over a two year rotation programme. During this time, we will provide you with a unique set of experiences that will serve to develop and broaden the critical skill sets and competencies you need to be successful in the business environment. You’ll be involved in important departmental activities and projects, be given a high-level of responsibility and the opportunity to really contribute to the success of the team in which you work. In addition, a member of the senior leadership team will be allocated as your mentor to ensure there is a real focus on development and learning so you can maximise the opportunity provided by this role and to ensure that by the end of the two years, you are well placed to progress your career.

    Successful applicants to the graduate programme will be placed in our Pfizer Essential and Innovative Health business units. Initially you will be based at our UK headquarters in Tadworth, Surrey for your first year, and then be provided the opportunity to work field based for the second part of your rotation. Once your two years are complete, and having built a strong performance record, you will be eligible to apply for a position within the organisation.

    Essential Skills Required:

    • You should have a predicted 1:1 or 2:1 in ideally a business or science degree; however we welcome applications from other disciplines. In addition you will be commercially driven and have the ambition to be a Future Leader.
    • You must also hold a full and valid UK driving license.
    • You will have the ability to work effectively in a team environment, have great organisational skills and be able to prioritise effectively. Confidence to liaise with senior personnel at all levels is key within this role so you will need to demonstrate excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
