Peter Clarkson (SMSAS), Jing Ping Wang (SMSAS), Beatrice Pelloni (Reading), Nalini Joshi (Sydney) and Rod Halburd (UCL)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

The London Mathematical Society’s 150th Anniversary Hardy Fellow in 2015 is Professor Nalini Joshi (University of Sydney, Australia). Nalini gave a series of talks at various\u00a0universities, including Kent, on 1st July.<\/p>\n

To coincide with Nalini\u2019s LMS Hardy lecture at Kent, Peter Clarkson organised a one-day workshop which included talks by: Beatrice Pelloni (Reading), Rod Halburd (UCL) and Jing\u00a0Ping Wang, as well as Nalini. After the lectures there was a reception in the McVittie Library, which was funded by the LMS as part of their 150th anniversary celebrations.<\/p>\n
