This is being held at the Houses of Parliament on Monday 7 March 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Jenny will be presenting her work on <em>Baby Skyrmions without a potential term. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>This is the third year in a row that SMSAS has been represented at this event: Emily Dennis was a SET finalist in 2014 (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.kent.ac.uk\/smsas\/news\/stories\/set-finalist.html\">more details<\/a>) as was <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/UniKentSkyrmion\/status\/575376768451887104?utm_source=fb&amp;fb_ref=Default&amp;utm_content=575376768451887104&amp;utm_campaign=UniKentSkyrmion&amp;utm_medium=fb\">Mareike Haberichter<\/a> in 2015.<\/p>\n<p>Rachael Whyman, a current 3<sup>rd<\/sup> year BSc student, was a speaker at a conference held in February entitled <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ima.org.uk\/viewItem.cfm-cit_id=384734.html\">Tomorrow&#8217;s Mathematicians Today<\/a>.
