Welcome to the School of Mathematics, Statistics & Actuarial Science (SMSAS)!
The School of Mathematics, Statistics and Actuarial Science (SMSAS for short!) is based in the Cornwallis Building on the University of Kent campus, accessible through the Cornwallis South entrance (next to the Registry building). In this building you’ll find our SMSAS academic staff offices. SMSAS’s Head of School is Dr Clare Dunning. Make sure you have a walk around the building to familiarise yourself with the space!
We have put together a mixture of informative and fun activities to help you get off to the best start in the School of Mathematics, Statistics and Actuarial Science. You can find all of our timetables using the links below. If you aren’t sure which timetable to follow or you need an alternative version of any of our timetables for accessibility reasons, please get in touch with the CEMS Student Experience team (CEMSStudentExperience@kent.ac.uk) who will be happy to point you in the right direction.
Information for returning students
