Senior Lecturer in Mathematics, Dr Bas Lemmens, from the School of Mathematics, Statistics and Actuarial Science (SMSAS) at Kent has been awarded a grant from the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC).
The grant will fund a collaborative research project with Professor Cho-Ho Chu from Queen Mary, University of London, on ‘Jordan Algebras, Finsler Geometry and Dynamics’, and will cover the cost to appoint a Postdoctoral Research Associate to support the project.
