Professor of Mathematics, Professor Peter Clarkson, from the School of Mathematics, Statistics and Actuarial Science (SMSAS) at the University of Kent, with collaborator, Professor Kerstin Jordaan, from the University of South Africa, have been awarded a Newton Advanced Fellowship by the Royal Society.
