Mathematics Lecturer Awarded Grant for COW Seminar

Dr Clelia Pech, a Lecturer in Mathematics in the School of Mathematics, Statistics and Actuarial Science (SMSAS) at the University of Kent has been awarded a London Mathematical Society (LMS) Scheme 3 Grant.

Dr Clelia Pech was successfully awarded an LMS Grant to support the COW Seminars; Algebraic Geometry seminars titled COW after the three original meeting places, Cambridge, Oxford and Warwick.

The COW Seminars originated over 25 years ago and are currently organised by Dr Clelia Pech, Dr Anne-Sophie Kaloghiros from Brunel University, Dr Timothy Logvinenko from Cardiff University and Dr Alan Thompson from Loughborough University.
