Constanze Roitzheim to take part in series exploring the lives of mathematicians

Dr Constanze Roitzheim

Dr Constanze Roitzheim, Senior Lecturer in Mathematics at the School of Mathematics, Statistics and Actuarial Science, will take part in the Technical University of Munich’s My Way series on Tuesday 8 March.

Career paths of mathematicians often are winding and don’t follow a straight line. In the My Way series, mathematicians are invited to talk about their different life paths and stories. The series is part of Munich’s FACETS of Mathematicians initiative.

Constanze works in algebraic topology. She has two children, and will talk about her individual maths life, balancing career, family, and the cultural differences between Germany and the UK.

Everyone is welcome to join the event on Tuesday 8 March, International Women’s Day, from 11.00 to 12.00 via Zoom. Email facets@ma.tum.de for the joining link
