Actuarial Science with a Year in Industry Student Shortlisted for Student Employment Award

BSc Actuarial Science with a Year in Industry student, Trevor Ong, from the School of Mathematics, Statistics and Actuarial Science (SMSAS) at the University of Kent, has been shortlisted for the Kent Student Award for ‘Outstanding Contribution to Student Employment‘.

Trevor was nominated for the Award having gone above and beyond his day to day duties in his Student Staff role.

The winners of the Kent Student Awards will be announced during a gala dinner on Friday 31 May. The winner of each award will receive their very own brick in the University’s ‘Footsteps Path‘, a certificate and trophy, and their achievement will be recognised on their Higher Education Achievement Report when they graduate.
