Dr James Bentham and Dr Rachel McCrea, statistics academics from the School of Mathematics, Statistics and Actuarial Science (SMSAS) at Kent, have been awarded a Teaching Enhancement Small Support Award (TESSA) grant to enhance the education and student experience of those studying the Year in Data Analytics from September 2018.
James and Rachel will receive the full amount of funding requested. Their application was one of just ten projects at the University to be funded or part-funded in the second round of the TESSA funding scheme 2017-18.
