From 26th – 27th January, Rachel McCrea attended a two day workshop at the University of Manchester for NERC research and knowledge exchange fellows. The workshop covered issues such as understanding impact, using your research to guide policy decisions, leadership training, understanding the use of social media in an academic environment and writing systematic reviews.
