Your wellbeing plays a key role in your physical and mental health, your personal development and general happiness so it is important to look after it. Our Student Support Adviser, Kellyann, has organised a Wellbeing Week (26 Oct-30 Oct) with a series of lunchtime events for SMSAS staff and students to explore new ways of enhancing health and wellbeing.
These events will help you improve your wellbeing, meet new people, try healthy alternative snacks and herbal teas, learn how to increase your confidence and positivity and discover how your diet, sleep and fitness can impact your health and wellbeing.
There will also be a Wellbeing Information stand in the Cornwallis foyer throughout the week so you can come along to pick-up leaflets, meet guest presenters and book an appointment with the SMSAS Support Adviser.
I’m sure you all agree that this is an essential event for our staff and students and we would like to thank Kellyann for all her hard work and she is to be congratulated on initiating an excellent initiative that sets an example we hope other Schools will follow.
