Her research interests are predominantly in the field of social psychology, specifically, in dehumanisation and intergroup relations. Issabel\u2019s MSc research project is investigating the impact of animals\u2019 moral capacities on humans\u2019 perceptions of animals, beliefs about human-animal similarities, and hierarchies.
