Dear Participants of the Animal Advocacy Conference,

We, as organizers, have been closely monitoring the situation regarding the Covid-19 pandemic. We are taking it very seriously and are aware that speakers and participants of the conference are concerned. At this time, however, we do not have plans to postpone or cancel the conference which is still more than 3 months away.

While we are following the recommendations from the World Health Organization and from national and local authorities, the current expectation is that the conference should not be affected. But the situation regarding Covid-19 is very volatile and, if necessary, we will have to change our plans accordingly.

We are also aware that some participants may face institutional or governmental restrictions that affect their ability to register for the conference and book travel and accommodation. Therefore, we are extending the early bird-registration by one month until April 30th.

We still very much hope that the conference will go ahead as planned and will update the information on this website if anything changes.
