Statmetrix<\/a>\u00a0is an early stage Innovate UK funded sports technology company which is using computer vision and machine learning to automate the extraction\u00a0of performance data from sports footage.<\/p>\n Statmetrix recently launched a commercial product which enables grassroots sports teams in the UK to record their matches more affordably. A software first approach\u00a0enable Statmetrix\u2019s\u00a0innovative solution to work with different types of camera inputs including action cameras and broadcast cameras.<\/p>\n Statmetrix is also working alongside another sports technology company on a project with FIFA which will culminate in a live showcase in Qatar in december, 2021.<\/p>\n The team is made up of 3 computer vision engineers, two co-founders and a business development lead.
