SusMon analyses the sustainability strategies of global multinationals and is developing ground-breaking research products in the subject area.<\/p>\n<p>SusMon\u2019s reports will give customers a 360\u00b0 view of the how companies in their sector address sustainability. Reports combine data, analysis and insight with advanced statistical &amp; text analysis, social media monitoring and data visualisation.<\/p>\n<p>As a Software Engineer, you will take an active part in both planning of work, and development of new features, helping to define both scope and delivery methods. At SusMon we don\u2019t believe in \u201cback room IT\u201d, but involve everyone equally in the decision making process and welcome fresh new perspectives in all areas of the business.<\/p>\n<p>As Software Engineer you will be continuing development on our research database application to support the research team, as well as working with the team to define new applications and take ownership of their implementation and delivery.<\/p>\n<p>This role is initially a solo position, with plans to expand the team with the business. Our tech stack is primarily a Clean Architecture, using Kotlin\/VueJS\/Typescript, however you will have the freedom to use any appropriate technologies to get the job done.<\/p>\n<p>SusMon\u2019s business model is built on its IT and as the primary developer of our technology your influence and position within the company will extend as the business grows.
