Grid for Good Talent Development Pathway,<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n What does the Pathway look like?<\/strong><\/p>\n As a member of the Grid for Good pathway, you will have exclusive access to:<\/p>\n Insight talks, focusing on different careers available in the energy industry<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Team Building events, including leading, networking and self-development sessions<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Upskilling workshops, including CV writing, mock interviews with National Grid employees, Challenge Days and application boot camps<\/p>\n<\/li>\n 1-to-1 Mentoring with National Grid employees<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Paid work experience opportunities with National Grid<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Graduate job opportunities, including Graduate Schemes, Apprenticeships and Internships with National Grid<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n We are hosting a virtual welcome event for the pathway on 16th December 4:45-6:20 pm<\/strong>. This event will feature an Insight talk and Careers Panel with current National Grid employees, a valuable opportunity to learn more about career paths within the energy sector.<\/p>\n Eligibility<\/strong><\/p>\n To be eligible for this pathway, you must be from black African or Caribbean heritage, OR have a household income of below \u00a342,875 per annum.
