Texcel Technology plc is a Contract Electronic Manufacturing (CEM) company providing excellent Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS). They design and manufacture advanced electronic assemblies for a wide range of industries. They are based in Crayford and have been in business for over 40 years with over 100 staff.
They have two vacancies suitable for Engineering graduates and would love to hear from Kent graduates.
1. Manufacturing Engineer.
The successful candidate will receive training, enabling them to work towards assisting in day to day plant operations, programming machines, validating programs and ensuring production are always supported. The aim is to continually improve manufacturing efficiencies by utilizing continuous improvement techniques whilst maintaining a high level of quality.
Applicants should:
- Understand lean manufacturing techniques,
- Be able to read electrical drawings
- Be willing to learn computerised manufacturing systems.
2. Process and Line Support Engineer.
The successful candidate will receive training, enabling them to work towards supporting machinery and staff in day to day production. They will be trained in a hands on approach to improvements and maintaining existing equipment and processes.
Applicants should:
- Understand lean manufacturing techniques,
- Be able to read electrical drawings
- Be willing to learn computerised manufacturing systems.
