Established since 2016 these events have been empowering women to pursue their career aspirations despite the gender imbalance within those sectors. Women make up only 12% of the engineering workforce in the UK.

Every year our aim is to reduce the gender gap and increase both gender and ethnic diversity into the engineering industry amongst generation Z.
