{"id":9108,"date":"2018-09-06T14:23:26","date_gmt":"2018-09-06T13:23:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/secl-news-events\/?p=9108"},"modified":"2018-12-14T10:00:15","modified_gmt":"2018-12-14T10:00:15","slug":"ell-graduate-wins-lagb-award","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/secl-news-events\/2018\/09\/06\/ell-graduate-wins-lagb-award\/","title":{"rendered":"ELL graduate wins LAGB Award"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Eloisa Lilywhite, who graduated this year with a First from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kent.ac.uk\/secl\/ell\/index.html\">Department of English Language &amp; Linguistics<\/a>, has been named as one of the three winners of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lagb.org.uk\">Linguistics Association of Great Britain<\/a> (LAGB) Outstanding Undergraduate Dissertation in Linguistics Award, worth \u00a3100.<\/p>\n<p>Each nomination was evaluated independently by four members of the LAGB committee (who were not from the nominated student&#8217;s university).
