{"id":7711,"date":"2017-08-11T10:59:23","date_gmt":"2017-08-11T09:59:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/secl-news-events\/?p=7711"},"modified":"2017-08-11T12:02:31","modified_gmt":"2017-08-11T11:02:31","slug":"comparative-literature-ranked-1st-for-overall-satisfaction-in-the-nss-2017","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/secl-news-events\/2017\/08\/11\/comparative-literature-ranked-1st-for-overall-satisfaction-in-the-nss-2017\/","title":{"rendered":"Comparative Literature success in the NSS 2017"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The results of the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.thestudentsurvey.com\/\">National Student Survey 2017<\/a>\u00a0(NSS) have now been released, revealing good news for the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kent.ac.uk\/secl\/complit\/index.html\">Department of Comparative Literature<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The NSS is an independent UK-wide survey of all higher education institutions, providing an opportunity for final-year students to independently rate their experience at university.<\/p>\n<p>The survey ran from January until April this year and\u00a0the results were published earlier this week, on\u00a09\u00a0August 2017.<\/p>\n<p>The Department received a major endorsement for its teaching quality, with the student score for teaching satisfaction\u00a0at 96%, ranking 1st in its subject area.<\/p>\n<p>Congratulations to our academic and support staff for providing excellent teaching to achieve this result, and we would like to thank all of our students who participated in the survey.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The results of the\u00a0National Student Survey 2017\u00a0(NSS) have now been released, revealing good news for the Department of Comparative Literature.
