This is the culmination of three or four years of hard work, or longer for part-time students.<\/p>\n<p>Several students in the department\u00a0have also\u00a0won awards\u00a0for\u00a0a\u00a0SECL prize giving. The winners are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Katy Ryan, Best Degree in classical &amp; Archaeological Studies or Ancient History<\/li>\n<li>Katy Ryan, Rebecca Roou and Mark Crittenden, joint winners of the Classical &amp; Archaeological Studies or Ancient History Dissertation Prize<\/li>\n<li>Stuart Lidbetter\u00a0wins the prize for the most significant contribution to Classical &amp; Archaeological Studies and Ancient History.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The prizes were\u00a0awarded at the Graduation Party on campus.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Congratulations to our final-year students\u00a0from the Department of\u00a0Classical &amp; Archaeological Studies\u00a0who are graduating today with their well-earned degrees.
