This is the culmination of three or four years of hard work, or longer for part-time students.<\/p>\n<p>Several students in the department\u00a0have also\u00a0won awards\u00a0for\u00a0a\u00a0SECL prize giving. The winners are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kathrin Wunderlich, Best Degree in Comparative Literature<\/li>\n<li>Isaac Oluoch and Kathrin Wunderlich\u00a0are joint winners of the Roger and Agnes Cardinal Prize for the best dissertation<\/li>\n<li>Gillian Andrews, Bintu Kamara, Jancy Kurumundayil, Joyce Leung, Elizabeth Oliver and April Ryan are joint runners up of the Roger and Agnes Cardinal Prize for the best dissertation<\/li>\n<li>Gillian Andrews\u00a0wins the prize for the most significant contribution to Comparative Literature.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The prizes were\u00a0awarded at the Graduation Party on campus.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Congratulations to our final-year students\u00a0from the Department of\u00a0Comparative Literture\u00a0who are graduating today with their well-earned degrees.
