{"id":4224,"date":"2015-05-27T15:48:14","date_gmt":"2015-05-27T14:48:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/secl-news-events\/?p=4224"},"modified":"2015-05-28T10:41:22","modified_gmt":"2015-05-28T09:41:22","slug":"religious-studies-success-in-the-guardian-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/secl-news-events\/2015\/05\/27\/religious-studies-success-in-the-guardian-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Religious Studies success in The Guardian"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As published in\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/education\/ng-interactive\/2015\/may\/25\/university-league-tables-2016\"><em>The Guardian University Guide 2016<\/em><\/a> on Monday, the University of Kent is now ranked 16th out of 119 UK universities, its highest league table position to date with a rise of four places.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.kent.ac.uk\/secl\/thrs\/index.html\">Department of Religious Studies<\/a> was\u00a0within the UK top ten, ranked at 8th in the UK.
