Over 100 A-Level students from a number of Schools in the Kent region are expected on campus next week to attend our Sixth Form Languages Conference, on Wednesday 13 November 2013. Staff from across SECL are participating, representing the departments of English Language & Linguistics<\/a>, French<\/a>, German<\/a>, Hispanic Studies<\/a> and Italian<\/a>. They will be delivering sessions to give a taster for studying culture, languages and linguistics at a university level.<\/p>\n

The schools participating so far include Homewood School and Sixth Form, Chatham and Clarendon Grammar School, Sir Roger Manwood’s School, Dover Grammar School for Girls, Tunbridge Wells Grammar School for Girls and Kent College.<\/p>\n
