Congratulations to our final-year students from the Department of Comparative Literture who are graduating today with their well-earned degrees. This is the culmination of three or four years of hard work, or longer for part-time students.
Several students in the department have also won awards for a SECL prize giving. The winners are:
- Kathrin Wunderlich, Best Degree in Comparative Literature
- Isaac Oluoch and Kathrin Wunderlich are joint winners of the Roger and Agnes Cardinal Prize for the best dissertation
- Gillian Andrews, Bintu Kamara, Jancy Kurumundayil, Joyce Leung, Elizabeth Oliver and April Ryan are joint runners up of the Roger and Agnes Cardinal Prize for the best dissertation
- Gillian Andrews wins the prize for the most significant contribution to Comparative Literature.
The prizes were awarded at the Graduation Party on campus.
