Twenty undergraduate students from the Department of Religious Studies went on an exciting field trip to the renovated Canterbury Mosque, to gain some first-hand insight into Islam.
The event was hosted by the UKC Islamic Society who provided a tour of the Mosque and walked through aspects of daily Muslim practice. The tour was brought to a close by listening to the call to prayer and a Q&A session.
The Religious Studies Department would like to thank their hosts and are looking forward to the next trip.
