As part of the Employability Festival the Department of Modern Languages is hosting a Language Jobs Fair on Friday 6 November from 12.30 -3pm in Keynes College Foyer.
The Language Jobs Fair will be an opportunity for multilingual students to meet and network with a range of employers and agencies that can help them pursue a career using languages.
Confirmed attendees include:
- MultilingualVacancies.com, one of Europe’s top recruitment agencies specifically targeting jobseekers with fluency in English and another language
- The Intelligence Corps (Military Language Intelligence)
- Teach First who are looking for those interested in teaching languages and joining their Leadership Development Programme
- Graduate Recruitment Bureau, UK’s highest rated, independent graduate recruitment consultancy placing high calibre university students and graduates into full time graduate jobs, schemes and internships
- International Association of Teachers of English as a Foreign Language (iatefl) who are ready to talk to you about teaching English as a foreign Language
- Canterbury Christchurch University who will be available to talk about studying for the PGCE.
