Language Fair in the Gulbenkian

An image to represent the world at your fingertips… a hand holding up a globe

On Friday 26 October 2014, there will be a special fair to highlight the language opportunities available to all undergraduate students, which can be taken as ‘wild’ modules to count towards your degree.

Staff from the School of European Culture and Languages (SECL) and the Centre for English and World Languages (CEWL) will be there to discuss the options with you. The languages represented will include French, German, Danish, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Latin, Ancient Greek, Arabic, Japanese, Mandarin and Russian. These languages are available at various levels, so you can learn from scratch or, if you already have some knowledge of a language, you can pick up where you left off.

Learning a language will give you with a valuable new skill, and increase your job prospects, so please take advantage of this opportunity.

The event will be held at the Gulbenkian cafe on campus, between 10am and 12pm.
