Both Professor Amalia Arvaniti and Dr Tamara Rathcke from the Department of English Language and Linguistics have been invited to teach the Phonology module on the Advanced Core Training in Linguistics (ACTL) programme starting at UCL.
The ACTL is a graduate school in theoretical linguistics, co-organising and coordinating a general training program for PhD students in linguistics. It is aimed primarily – but not exclusively – at graduate students in the South-East, and all MPhil/PhD linguistics candidates are welcome to attend.
The programme is delivered by recognised experts in linguistics, with other contributing universities including Cambridge, Essex, Oxford, Queen Mary University of London and UCL, and Kent is very proud to contribute.
