Saturday 23rd June 2018 13:00-16:00

Canterbury’s Westgate Gardens will host its first Soapbox Science event!

This event brings together the general public and great women scientists from around Kent, including several from the School of Anthropology & Conservation! Hear twelve women speak about their scientific research on a broad range of topics, including plant biology, planetary science, conservation biology, sport science, psychology and biological anthropology.

Come join us and learn about chimpanzees and parrots, your brain and your teeth, and network with scientists and researchers, amongst the beautiful Westgate Garden flowers!

The event is free and open to all.
