Your Future, One Step at a Time – mental health and employability project

Thinking about your career path after university or where to
start when it comes to employability can be a daunting prospect.

Especially if you are dealing with mental health difficulties,
including anxiety, depression and stress. In order to support your
employability development whilst at university, a range of small,
relaxed sessions will be running, which address any concerns
or questions you may have surrounding employment.
These sessions aim to offer:
• Employability advice in a supportive environment – with refreshments!
• Informal small discussion groups with tailored sessions to your
employability needs
• Topics may include career planning, support from your employer,
CVs and applications and your rights in the work place
• Option to receive one to one guidance
