The projects are as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kent.ac.uk\/graduate-researcher-college\/doctoral-training-partnerships\/aries\/matthew-struebig\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Coconut &amp; conservation: environmental and social sustainability of coconut farming in tropical countries<\/a> &#8211;\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.kent.ac.uk\/anthropology-conservation\/people\/558\/struebig-matthew\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-link-type=\"external\">Dr Matthew Struebig<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kent.ac.uk\/graduate-researcher-college\/doctoral-training-partnerships\/aries\/-dr-jake-bicknell\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Integrating science and practice for macaw reintroduction biology and conservation<\/a> &#8211;\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.kent.ac.uk\/anthropology-conservation\/people\/982\/bicknell-jake\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Restoring biodiversity and functional connectivity in Sumatra\u2019s community managed forests<\/a> &#8211;\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.kent.ac.uk\/anthropology-conservation\/people\/558\/struebig-matthew\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-link-type=\"external\">Dr Matthew Struebig<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kent.ac.uk\/graduate-researcher-college\/doctoral-training-partnerships\/aries\/david-roberts\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Role of marine ornamental fisheries in achieving net positive outcomes for nature and people<\/a> &#8211;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.kent.ac.uk\/anthropology-conservation\/people\/555\/roberts-david\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> Dr David Roberts<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">As one of 17 Doctoral Training Partnerships in the UK, ARIES will equip the next generation of environmental scientists with the knowledge that enables postgraduate researchers to address priority topics in environmental sciences through cutting-edge and world-leading research;<\/span><span
