The project has a strong policy focus and is contributing to the design of national land use policy to meet national climate change objectives and contribute to rural livelihoods through the implementation of \u2018a payments for ecosystem services\u2019 initiative.\u00a0 Recent papers include Torres, MacMillan et al. 2013.
