Join this seminar on writing as an experience and creative practise with these two accomplished ethnographers and writers.
Ethnographic writing can be creative, reflexive, transformative, and more importantly, an ethical practice. In this seminar, we will reflect on writing as an experience and creative practice in conversation with two accomplished ethnographers and prolific writers: Professor Carole McGranahan and Professor Leyla Neyzi. The speakers will offer their thoughts on the ethics, politics, and emotions of writing as a shared and committed practice. The virtual roundtable conversation will be chaired by Dr Zerrin Ozlem Biner and our postgraduate anthropology students, Rachael Heller and Lily Gibson.
