On Thursday 20th July, our graduating students gathered with family and friends before their convocation in Canterbury Cathedral to receive their hard won degrees.
Dr Chris Deter, Our Head of School said this in her speech
She then proceeded to announce this years prize winners.
BA Dissertation Prize – Highest mark in BA Hons in Social Anthropology – Rosa Koivunoro, Phoebe Patterson, Ioan Roberts
BSc Dissertation Prize- Highest mark in BSc Anthropology programme – Olivia Till
Darwin Prize Highest overall degree mark for BSc Anthropology and combined year abroad degrees – Sadie Bond
Gerald Durrell Prize – Best student achieving a mark of 82 on the BSc Wildlife Conservation and BA Environmental Studies and cognate programmes in the School – Sorrel Wilson
Paul Stirling Prize – Best student achieving a mark of 75 on the BA Social Anthopology and cognate programmes within the School – Verity Proctor
Student Experience Prize – Outstanding contribution to Student Experience activities in the School – Ihini Aambreen
