A team comprising members of the School of Anthropology and Conservation competed in this year’s Summer Quiz, organised by Kent Hospitality and open to all academic schools and professional service departments. Christine Eagle, James Kloda, Dr Bob Smith and PhD candidate Christopher De Coulon-Berthoud were joined by Tim Keward from School of History and Miriam Zapp from the College Masters’ office to answer a wide-ranging array of questions from screen villains to cartoon felines, advertising slogans to world firsts.
Beating off the Executive Group team to claim first place, the victorious squad enjoyed a luxury hamper each as their well-deserved spoils. And the quality fostered within the school is impressively consistent, the team having won the Summer Quiz for the third time in a row. So watch out in summer 2018: Anthropology and Conservation will return to defend their title.
