Susanne Masters has published an article in the July 2012 issue of the BBC Countryfile magazine about UK orchids. Susanne’s PhD research is on the harvesting of wild orchid tubers in Turkey, which are used as both a food and medicine, but the article gives advice on how to search for similar plants in the UK.
