As part of the\u00a0<b>WE ARE KENT<\/b> weekend, our students showcased their best work from the past academic year.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<p class=\"x_elementToProof\">CONNECT brought together all of our disciplines, from architecture to drama, from history of art to film and media, and from graphic design to urban planning, via spatial and interior design. Thought-provoking, technically brilliant and occasionally completely unexpected, this was student work at its finest.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<p class=\"x_elementToProof\">Co-organised and co-curated by staff and students, CONNECT began on 18 June at the Gulbenkian Theatre with\u00a0<b>Gulb Picks<\/b>, a selection of the best short performances by final-year Drama student companies. On 19 June, CONNECT invited everyone to the Marlowe Building for an interdisciplinary exhibition featuring original drawings, posters, models, photographs, videos, installations and site-specific performances, alongside a curated display of prints from the University collection.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<p class=\"x_elementToProof\">The End of Year Show also featured work by students at Xianda University in Shanghai, a strategic partner of the School.<\/p>\n<div>\n<div><\/div>\n<p class=\"x_elementToProof\">A huge thank you to all our amazing SAA EOYS student leads, who designed the event branding and helped install, curate and deliver the show.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Check out the amazing photos of the event, and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/media.www.kent.ac.uk\/se\/58408\/EOYS26_Catalogue_FINAL-compressed.pdf\">download our CONNECT Catalogue<\/a>!<\/strong><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In June 2026, SAA presented\u00a0CONNECT: SAA End of Year Show 2026, featuring performances, exhibitions, screenings and much more.
