The following changes have recently been applied to the Credit Framework:
Annex 10: Appendix G Significant (Repeat) and Serious Template Letter: Amended to include a direct link to the relevant Data Privacy Notice to comply with Article 13 of the GDPR Regulations concerning the obtainment of personal data.
Annex 10: Appendix J Contested First/Minor Offence Template Letter: Amended to include a direct link to the relevant Data Privacy Notice to comply with Article 13 of the GDPR Regulations concerning the obtainment of personal data.
