I thought that was great work, you put so much detail into it and well done for having completed 3 experiments!
If I was to suggest a minor change it would be to put only the crucial information on the introduction (main key points relevant to what you were doing) as otherwise it becomes awkward for someone to read through all of it standing next to you and in the discussion explain your findings in more lay terms. Otherwise what a great poster!
