Here is what has been happening in the School of Psychology&#8230;<\/p>\n<h2>Our events were designed to motivate!<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Spring into Action saw our staff and student experts provide practical tips, ways to build your mental fitness and achieve your goals this term in bitesize workshops. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/moodle.kent.ac.uk\/2020\/course\/view.php?id=347#section-5\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Watch all the sessions here<\/a>.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The Virtual Study Lounge a chance to work alongside other students in a virtual space supports concentrated work, with scheduled breaks, and lots of motivation. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kent.ac.uk\/psychology\/news\/2713\/struggling-with-motivation-join-the-psychology-virtual-study-lounge\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Find out more and join us!<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Cafe\u0301 Psychology returned<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>A fortnightly talk led by a variety of different speakers from the <a style=\"background-color: #ffffff\" href=\"https:\/\/www.kent.ac.uk\/psychology\">School of Psychology<\/a>.
