Professor Heather Ferguson has been awarded the Psychonomic Society’s 2019 Early Career Award. This recognises Heather’s outstanding contributions to scientific psychology early in her career. Heather has been awarded various grants to fund her research and is currently an Honorary Secretary for the Experimental Psychology Society. The award will be presented in Montreal, Canada in November 2019 at the Psychonomic Society Annual Meeting. These awards are often given to US-based academics so for Heather to win the prize is particularly prestigious.
