Dr Lindsey Cameron, Senior Lecturer in Psychology, has been awarded £30,000 by the British Orthodontic Society to conduct a project entitled, “Is there a relationship between malocclusion, peer interactions and incidence of bullying among school children?”.
The project examines dental-related bullying amongst school children and will be conducted over the next year in partnership with Andrew Dibiase, consultant orthodontist at the East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust.
