- A month of bitesize talks from the Schools of Anthropology and Conservation, Economics, Politics and International Relations, and Psychology about the study of humans and the systems we use to live on the planet we inhabit. View July’s schedule.
We received awards and grants!
- Samuel T. Hales has received the award for being the Highest Scoring Runner Up from the Division of Human and Social Sciences. While studying for a PhD in Forensic Psychology, he has managed to earn 1295 Employability points. Find out more about employability points.
- Dr Jennifer Storey received a grant of $24,974.70 from the World Health Organisation (WHO) for her research on elder abuse. Read more.

- New research led by Dr Ayten Bilgin found that bed-sharing does not lead to stronger infant-mother attachment or maternal bonding. Learn more.
- PhD students Ricky Green and Mikey Biddlestone and Professor Karen Douglas conducted research that found when people are presented with the idea of a Covid-19 “immunity passport”, they show less willingness to follow social distancing and face-covering guidelines. Find out more.
