We are pleased to announce the winners of the awards for the research postgraduate presentation day held on 22 September.
Based on the judges’ recommendations the following awards have been made:
The two equal awards for Best Poster go to Kayleigh Whitby and Varoth (Nash) Chotpitayasunondh, who each win a £15 Amazon voucher.
Best Presentation (£40 Amazon voucher) goes to Benny Ogidan, and very close behind are John Sabo and Anita Ruddle, who share the second prize of a £30 voucher.
Thanks to everyone who presented talks and posters; the field was excellent and continued the School tradition of outstanding quality in students’ research communication!
Also special thanks to the staff poster judges (Emma Alleyne, Lindsey Cameron, Ana Leite, and David Wilkinson) and also to the first year PhD student judges who had stayed for the whole day and volunteered to rate the presentations (Caitlin Baker, Emma Garcia, Natalie Gentry, Ignacio Rodriguez and Heather Rolfe).
