Our <strong>Menopause at Work<\/strong> research engagement and dissemination event gives you the opportunity to explore such questions. Join us on <strong>4 December, 9:30-2pm (including lunch), at Kent Business School.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-109 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/professional-development\/files\/2025\/10\/pic1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"398\" height=\"266\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Until now, research on women&#8217;s menopausal experiences at work has too often centred on managerial and professional women, leaving the experiences of those in frontline, service, and non-managerial roles overlooked and unheard.<\/p>\n<p>Drawing on findings from a research project led by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kent.ac.uk\/kent-business-school\/people\/2407\/evans-samantha\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Dr Samantha Evans<\/a>, Kent Business School, the free half-day workshop event will bring together academics, practitioners, and professionals to share insights, exchange perspectives, and consider practical ways to create positive change.<\/p>\n<p>Through panel discussions with experts in the field, and interactive group sessions, we\u2019ll unpack the key challenges, share examples of good practice, and explore practical ways to create more inclusive and equitable support for menopausal employees.<\/p>\n<p>The event is<strong> free<\/strong> to attend, but registration is required. Refreshments will be provided, including tea, coffee, biscuits, and lunch.
