How does a woman’s occupation shape their experiences of the menopause at work? Our Menopause at Work research engagement and dissemination event gives you the opportunity to explore such questions. Join us on 4 December, 9:30-2pm (including lunch), at Kent Business School.

Until now, research on women’s menopausal experiences at work has too often centred on managerial and professional women, leaving the experiences of those in frontline, service, and non-managerial roles overlooked and unheard.
Drawing on findings from a research project led by Dr Samantha Evans, Kent Business School, the free half-day workshop event will bring together academics, practitioners, and professionals to share insights, exchange perspectives, and consider practical ways to create positive change.
Through panel discussions with experts in the field, and interactive group sessions, we’ll unpack the key challenges, share examples of good practice, and explore practical ways to create more inclusive and equitable support for menopausal employees.
The event is free to attend, but registration is required. Refreshments will be provided, including tea, coffee, biscuits, and lunch. Please click here to register.
