This is the first time representatives from G7<\/a> countries are meeting face-to-face for two years, ahead of the G7 Leaders Summit to be held in Cornwall this June.<\/p>\n British Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab is hosting the new US Secretary of State Antony Blinken, along with all other G7 Foreign and Development Ministers, at Lancaster house in London.<\/p>\n As well as presenting an opportunity for the UK to re establish itself on the International stage, Professor Richard Whitman,<\/a> explains how this gathering of liberal democracies is an opportunity amongst a small group of foreign minsters, to decide a shared platform, on the ‘difficult’ global relationships.
