It features an academic panel by Juliet Johnson (McGill University), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kent.ac.uk\/brussels\/people\/2608\/casier-tom\">Tom Casier<\/a> (Brussels School of International Studies \/ Global Europe Centre), and Yulia Nikitina (Moscow State University of International Relations), moderated by Mr. Vassilis Maragos (Head of Unit, DG NEAR: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, and Eastern Partners). It will be followed immediately by a keynote address by Professor Timothy Colton of Harvard University.
